Where can my mom and I go to learn yoga for free in NYC?

My mom and I are looking for a free yoga group that we can go to together like every month or something, does anyone know of one? I have a feeling there is one, We prefer to go to one in Manhattan, Brooklyn, or Queens.

    I remember seeing a listing on craigslist. It was either under events or activities.
