If you can find any of the beginner yoga workouts by Rodney Yee, those are the best. There are many different types of yoga out there so you have to find what fits you the best. I love Power Yoga because it has cardiovascular benefits as well, but the slow stretching type yoga is great when I just need to relax. Check out Ebay or even Walmart online and see what they have.
