They actually have cards…like index cards with pictures and explanations that they sell. My friend had them. You can take them with you at all times. But it is easy to learn it just takes a while to perfect it.

Yoga can loose weight and keep fit only if you practice it in a proper way and you do that for at least several months or even longer. You can see that something is happening only after 5-6 months and you have to change your diet to. No fat, junk food and cola drinks. Yoga is not a good choice if you want too lose some wight quickly but it is a perfect choice if you want to change your life-style and stay fit for a long time. (It doesn’t have to mean spiritually or anything like that, I only mean live healthier) Yoga is something that you should have time for, because if you don’t learn how to do some position in a correct way, they can have a counter effect on your body and your spirit. Yoga is a mighty stuff and don’t fool around with it. Go to some yoga center (I have tried and was delighted with a movement ”Yoga in everyday life”, they have centers all around the world) and find some time for yourself you will see it is worth doing it.

Buy a Yoga DVD. These have workouts that range from less than 20 minutes to over an hour. Then, you can follow along at home when you have the time. Most videos are made for people of all skill levels. However, if you want you can get one made specially for beginners.
