I’m pretty sure a yoga.com exsists. Or use youtube or dailymotion to find yoga instructions.

If you do yoga; please listen to the signals from your body.
Practising yoga is NOT a place to take the “No pain; no gain!” mindset.
I have seen a lot of people really hurt themself by trying to push their body beyond it’s limits.
Dawn Groves wrote an excelent book about yoga for beginners. and there are lots of good videos as well.
but Yoga is NOT your only option. You can achieve the same benefit from Tai Chi, Qigong, or Pillates.
Master Lam Kam Chuen wrote some good books on Qigong, and Tai Chi. I would HIGHLY recommend his first book “The Way of Energy” because in this book he gives you a good foundation in energy work, and does not teach you anything that will hurt you.
Another very good book is “Chi Kung: For Health And Vitality” by Wong Kiew Kit.
Master Wong won the Qigong master of the year award in 1999.
Both of these men REALLY know what they are talking about, and neither one of them throws you into the deep end before you can swim like some Qigong masters I could name.

I think it is better to buy a book on yoga. It is more convenient and easier. I have learnt yoga that way. you can find good book on amazon.com. Yoga cures, but you have to be patient and trusting, and follow the instructions. Yoga is not a competition, but a way of life. The results are slow but sure.
